Nice easy 6 miles after the tough mile repeat workout that I did yesterday. I was without my Garmin today because it was DEAD, so I do not know my total time or pace. Generally, I am more relaxed when I have no watch, but the cold weather was a little bit unnerving, so I must've been running faster than I thought because I hurt pretty bad by mile 2. I had good form running up the hill by AF Canyon. That was the focus of my run today, pumping my arms up the hills, so I felt like it was a success.
