Today was a nice recovery from the crazy workout I did yesterday. I've got two days left until the Asics Invite! I'm hoping that I can get my mile time pretty close to the state qualifying time. It should be easier since I don't have to worry about qualifying in the 3200 anymore. My legs are feeling pretty good right now.

Today was an easy run to recover from yesterday's meet. My legs were still a little weak from yesterday, so I tried to keep from running too fast. I averaged about 6:30/ mile pace for the first three miles, but then I hit the hills which slowed up my pace to just over 7:00/ mile. I finished the run in just around 33 minutes.
