My first long run for the week since the state championships last Wednesday. It felt good to run long for the first time in a while. It was fairly hilly at first, running on Pipeline, but dropped the pace once I hit Bridal Veil and second to last mile was in 5:04 with most of it under 5:00/mile pace.

Thank you I am actually a junior so I've got one more cross country season left to win state!
