Today was an easy run to recover from yesterday's meet. My legs were still a little weak from yesterday, so I tried to keep from running too fast. I averaged about 6:30/ mile pace for the first three miles, but then I hit the hills which slowed up my pace to just over 7:00/ mile. I finished the run in just around 33 minutes.
